S$50 is awarded when the referee successfully completes all eight one-to-one sessions with their Career Coach. After that, we process the reward by bank transfer within 60 days.

By participating in the OAI Polaris Referral Programme, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.
Eligibility
Referrers: anyone.
Referees: to be an eligible referee, a candidate must meet BOTH of the following criteria:
- They must be a Singapore Citizen or Singapore Permanent Resident; and
- The referee must also meet Polaris programme eligibility to join: first-time participants who have not attended the Designing Your Life workshop by Republic Polytechnic or SWDA.
Referrers must provide the referee’s full name and contact information through official OAI personnel.
Reward structure
S$50.00 — awarded to the referrer (brand ambassador) when the referee successfully completes all eight one-to-one sessions with their Career Coach.
Payment terms
After all eight one-to-one sessions with their Career Coach, all rewards will be paid via bank transfer to a Singapore bank account under the referrer’s name within 60 days.
OAI will not be responsible for any delays or errors in payment due to incorrect banking information provided by the referrer.
General conditions
OAI reserves the right to verify the eligibility of both referrers and referees.
OAI reserves the right to disqualify any referral or withhold rewards in cases of suspected fraud or violation of these terms.
These terms and conditions may be amended or updated by OAI at any time, with notice provided through the OAI website or referral portal.
Termination
OAI may terminate this referral programme at any time with 30 days’ notice.
Referrers or referees may withdraw from the programme at any time by notifying OAI in writing.
Disputes
Any disputes arising from this programme shall be governed by the laws of Singapore.
